A BIT ABOUT ME!

Hello there and welcome to my Attic where I share creativity and inspiration. Originally the attic was at the top of a cottage down an English country lane near the City of Bath but a few years ago I moved to the stunning Dordogne region of the south west of France and made this my home along with Mr Attic and our wee dog, Buster.
I've always made stuff. I love taking a blank page, a piece of fabric or a baking tin and producing something to give, show or share.  (Especially cake.)  I’ve taught drawing, scrapbooking and card-making classes in both UK and France and had many projects published in craft magazines.
When I moved to France I made new friends who were curious about the doodles in my journal. I started offering workshops in my home one morning a week and these grew into a series of fully-blown workshops (with cake). Most recently I have launched residential doodling holidays and if I wasn't delivering them, this is exactly the type of course I would LOVE to go on! Check them out under the Doodle Holidays tab.
